Setup for the Redding Health Expo takes place the DAY BEFORE the expo on Friday, June 7th, 2024 from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Vendor displays must be fully intact and ready to go on Saturday, June 8th, 2024 at 8:30 AM.

The Redding Health Expo doors close at 4:00 PM on Saturday, June 8th, 2024, but there may still be attendees visiting vendor booths, therefore we ask that all vendor displays, booths/space remain intact until 4:30 PM on the event day. This is a SAFTEY measure that must be followed in order to ensure that attendees are not present while displays are being broken down and moved etc.
